Alla Plocher is a Developer of Proprietary Alpha Fibonacci Systems and Founder of Fibonacci Trading Institute. Alla arrived to US in 1989 from USSR with $60 with degree in classical piano and education.
Alla holds multiple degrees, is a concert pianist and had been coaching traders from beginner to hedge fund trader How to Trade Institutional Alpha Fibonacci System in Us and globally in live online classes since 2011. Alla brings her experience in Johns Hopkins Brain Research and Science to optimize students performance in private mentoring and group classes and continues developing Proprietary Systems.

Alla originally worked in behavioral psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital, which profoundly influenced her approach to teaching traders. This experience has enabled her to combine deep psychological insights with Alpha Fibonacci trading strategies, focusing on both the mental and technical aspects of trading.
Alla discovered Fibonacci in 2004 and developed the Proprietary Institutional Alpha Fibonacci Method in 2008 after witnessing the collapse of the markets.
