ELIGIBILITY
Basic qualifications for the Referral program:

You must refer a friend or company which is not you, your company or current employer and has not been engaged with Fibonacci Trading Institute in any previous, ongoing or prospective business relationship.
The friend or company which you refer must complete a transaction with Fibonacci Trading Institute for any of the products offered within 6 months of the date of the referral.
You must complete and submit the referral form available at fibinstitute.com/referrals.

To claim the Referral Award, you will be required to provide your full address and a photocopy representation of your government issued ID/Passport. You may also be required to provide additional documents required for tax withholding purposes.

THE REFERRAL AWARD (Referring Client)
The Referral Award will be a 10% cash or credit in USD or equivalent for local currency based on the net purchase amount of the referred client.

The Referral Award will be awarded within 30 days once payments from the referred company have been received in full. Fibonacci Trading Institute will execute the purchase of the Referral Award and deliver it to the information provided by you on the Referral Form. You are solely responsible for giving Fibonacci Trading Institute your correct information and waive any claim against Fibonacci Trading Institute that the Referral Award has not been received or was not able to be delivered due to the incorrect information you provided. If Fibonacci Trading Institute is unable to deliver the Referral Award to you for whatever reason, including but not limited to regulatory reasons then Fibonacci Trading Institute may at its sole discretion provide different Referral Award credit or compensation of equivalent value, with or without prior notice to you.

Fibonacci Trading Institute, at its sole discretion and for any reason, reserves the right to reject referrals including but not limited to referrals for individuals or companies that are duplicative, or are for existing clients, prospects or partners of Fibonacci Trading Institute. If you successfully refer more than 5 clients, you will no longer be eligible to receive a Referral Award via the Referral program and will be eligible to join the Fibonacci Trading Institute Referral Program.

THE REFERRED CUSTOMER BENEFIT (Referred Customer)
Any new customers that are signed as part of the Referral program will be entitled to free consulting hours provided by Fibonacci Trading Institute as follows:

RESTRICTIONS
The purpose of Fibonacci Trading Institute’s Referral program is to encourage users to introduce Fibonacci Trading Institute to their colleagues, friends, business partners and customers. However, Fibonacci Trading Institute does not allow you to:

  • Use the Referral program for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
  • Resell all or any part of the Referral Award;
  • Use the Referral program to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information or spam, including but not limited to sending out junk emails with the referral link.
  • Previous and current Fibonacci Trading Institute employees are not eligible to participate in this program.

You are responsible for determining that participation in the Referral program and receipt of the Referral Award is in compliance with all policies and requirements of your company. Your participation in the program will be considered confirmation of your full compliance with any such policies and requirements.

Please note, Fibonacci Trading Institute is not responsible for any service or product defects or product warranty relating to the Referral Award items, which shall be governed solely by the terms offered by the manufacturer or direct provider of such item. All travel is at your own risk.

THE REFERRAL PROGRAM AND THE REFERRAL AWARD IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM, ANY MATERIALS OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIBONACCI TRADING INSTITUTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) THE PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM OR ANY REFERRAL AWARD, EVEN IF FIBONACCI TRADING INSTITUTE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FIBONACCI TRADING INSTITUTE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, ANY PROGRAM RELATED MATERIALS OR SERVICES, OR ANY REFERRAL AWARDS, EXCEED $5.00.

TAXES
Fibonacci Trading Institute is not responsible for any taxes, customs or other tax issues relating to the issuing of this Referral Award. Any additional tax payment is your sole responsibility.

If and to the extent Fibonacci Trading Institute  is required by an authorized tax authority to withhold any taxes on the Referral Award, Fibonacci Trading Institute shall provide all required reporting and withhold any such amounts as required by law.

PAYMENTS
In order to receive your Referral Award you may be subject to additional payment requirement such as, for example, customs payments, income tax, etc. You are solely responsible for payment for all such taxes as they are levied and as they apply to you. Fibonacci Trading Institute shall make no such payments and shall not be responsible for any payment of any amount required in order to allow the delivery and shipment to you other than the payment to the Common Carrier.

TERMINATION
Fibonacci Trading Institute reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time at its sole discretion. Fibonacci Trading Institute also reserves the right to terminate any Referral Award at its reasonable discretion.

GOVERNING LAW
These Referral program Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be enforced under the laws of the State of California.
